Transcript Info

If you need to request a transcript for your college applications, you will need to know your U of M student id, which should be on the material you received from the U after you registered for the class. You can request this information online: onestop.umn.edu

I created a link to the site if you click on one stop on the right side of the blog.

Then, click on grades and transcripts. You can view or print your unofficial transcript from this site. If you need an official transcript, you can request that one is sent to you through this site. You probably will need a credit/debit card to pay for it online.

Let me know if you have any trouble with this process.

Ms. Peifer I don't remember recieving anything in the mail from the u of m about my id number (it might have been mistaken for junk mail). Is there a way i can get that for transcripts in the future?

Yes, you can get your student id number one of two ways. If you have your user name and password for your U of M email account, you can go online to One stop (see the link on the blog) and under the quick link "personal information" you can get your student id number.

If you do not have your login information, you will have to go to the U in person with a picture id. They cannot email or tell you this information over the phone--privacy and confidentiality. One stop is located at 130 Coffey Hall, 1420 Eckles Avenue on the St. Paul campus. See the contact us on the One stop website for a map.

MS PEIFER!! HELP!!
Ok, this is kind of ridiculously stupid, but I can't figure out how to post a new blog w/ my research info! How do you make a blog? *embarassed*

Sarah,
That actually isn't a stupid question. You cannot actually add a new post without my password. You can add new information in the comment section though.

You can also email me any new info and I can add it to your post.

Let me know if you need any help. :)
